A menu design for an authentic japanese restaurant located in toronto. Each menu item is named after and represents a dish that is known to be made and locally farmed from each prefecture of japan, making a total of 47 dishes. "Okawari" means "more please" in Japanese. I used lino block and carving tools to create the stamps and used the classic japanese red to emphasize branding and values. Because the menu itself contains a number of differnt paper textures, the print matches the “hand made” and natural tone the brand inhabits.
